Issues Fixed
- Fixed an issue where credit card transactions could fail if the gateway does not require the password field.
- Account Admin crashes if the UserID field is null.
- Updated the shipping weight valuators to allow weights less than 1lb.

Deployment Instructions
- Copy the files in the Zip package over the Znode Storefront solution files. Recompile the solution.
- Run the database scripts inside the DataFix folder.
