Znode has published a patch for the 4.4 version of the framework that fixes the following issues:

  1. Compile error when compiling in Vista SP1.

KB44VISTASP1 Patch for VISTA SP1 Works Great!

The Patch for v4.4 with the latest build of ZNode.Libraries.Framework.Business.dll fixed the problem. I've run through all site areas, functionality, and administrative functions and no errors to report. FYI, it's also working well with the latest nightly build of JetBrain's Resharper (R#) build v4.0.775.22 - 2008-04-11 -- previously the extra intellisense was complaining about the Framework.Business class library regarding the runtime error, now no issues.
