What are the netTiers default configuration options?

I am currently evaluating zNode and my first test is to add a new entity and regen the tiers.

I have netTiers v2.2.0 and CodeSmith and I'm about to turn the handle. I've attempted to copy as close as possible the options that you guys have used, but they aren't concisely listed anywhere on this portal.

In the page http://kb.znode.com/znode-storefront-nettiers you have a screenshot of the netTiers template in CodeSmith, but it only shows the top half (third) of the options. Could you please post a full screenshot somewhere? Preferably on that same page.

It would be really handy.

And maybe a "How to regen the tiers" article would be useful.

NetTiers config for v5

Any chance you could update the http://kb.znode.com/znode-storefront-nettiers page with the config file for v5 zNode?

NetTiers for ZNode v5.x

I'd be really interested in that KB section updated for the version 5 product also!

NetTiers

We have added links for the config files for NetTiers in Version 5 of the storefront. Everything else should be about the same as previous versions.
