One time coupons
Is it possible to create one time use coupons? I want to give out coupons to all our customers, but each customer can only use that coupon once. Once the customer uses the coupon then it'll no longer be valid for that customer, but still valid for other customers who have not used the coupon yet. Any ideas how to accomplish this?

Create 1000 different
Create 1000 different one-time-use coupons (different coupon codes), and sprinkle accordingly.

Yes this will work. Of course with one thousand coupons you may want to do a bulk upload to the database.
Another way to go about this is to create a mapping table to the Account table and update the promotions classes. This of course is a lot more involved (and beyond the scope of what we can cover here).
