Why at the bottom of each wisiwyg editor does it say "Path: p" or just "Path:" ?

Why - when something causes a postback on the page does the page visibly refresh and you end up at the top of the screen? Is there a specific reason you have not used update panels to make this a better user experience?

Why - when adding an image via the wisiwyg editor is there no way to upload an image? It asks for a path or url??

Is there an option to purchase longer email support period? I noticed both editions come with only 30 days email support??

How frequently does the sandbox area got refreshed? I'm guessing that's whats happened as I just lost a bunch of stuff I added in testing the software (not a major issue.. but would be nice to know if its a scheduled thing or not as it means I had to redo a bunch of stuff to check something).
